Shipping policy

 Don Paco Lopez Panaderia take enormous pride in all our products and we will do everything we can to deliver them the best way possible. 

 Even though we try to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh bread nationwide, there are certain risks that out of our hands, including delays due to weather conditions or any other sort of transit delays.  Taking such things under consideration we cannot guarantee the shipping date arrival. 

 Don Paco Lopez Panaderia ships Monday- Thursday of each week. If you order on Friday your delivery would be the following  next week. 

 Don Paco Lopez Panaderia is unable to guarantee delivery date, as per we are subject to the delivery carrier. Most carriers will deliver the package anytime between 8am to 8pm. If you placing an order for a time-sensitive event please be aware of any delays and please order in advanced.

While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh bread around the country, unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of UPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.

 Don Paco Lopez, PANADERIA, reserves the right schedule the arrival of your order earlier than estimated to prevent delays, based on operational conditions. 

Don Paco Lopez, PANADERIA, is not responsible for delays in transit caused by weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person

Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. If you need to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped, a $15.00 address change processing fee will apply to your order. Once an address modification is requested, carriers require one business day to process the change, which may delay the package. Don Paco Lopez, PANADERIA is not responsible for delays in transit caused by address modification.

There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

All packages are shipped via UPS and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
